  1. The Promoter is The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia ABN 50 084 642 571 (“ICAA”) of 33 Erskine Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000. The contact number is 02 9290 5654.
  2. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these conditions of entry.
  3. Entry is open to all who register online for the Institute website up until 12 January 2009.
  4. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
  5. To enter and apply at charteredaccountants.com.au/students, between Wednesday, 1 October 2008 and Monday 12 January 2009. All applicants will go into the draw to take place on Tuesday, 13 January 2009. No responsibility is accepted for lost, late or misdirected registrations
  6. The winner of the drawer will be published on the Institute’s website on Tuesday, 13 January 2009.
  7. The prize winner will be selected at random by one draws. To do this, we will use Microsoft Excel and run the RANDBETWEEN function. This returns a random number between the numbers you specify which can be printed. The system is tamper proof. Access to the data will be restricted to only those staff involved in the draw process.
  8. Prize: MacBook Air valued at $2499 each (incl GST).
  9. Prizes are neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  10. The winner will be notified by email and by telephone. Their names will be published on charteredaccountants.com.au/students. The Promoter reserves the right to announce or publish the winner’s name and/or photographs for publicity purposes.
  11. The promoter may conduct further draws at the same place as the original draw to distribute any prize unclaimed by that date. In the event that there are any winners in the unclaimed prize draw, their names will be published on charteredaccountants.com.au/students.
