Recovering your symbol number is a very simple process. Please follow the steps outlined below: 

1. Login into My Home. 
    
   Your login details are either: 
    
   Username: your candidate ID number 
   Password: your date of birth (in ddmmyyyy format) 
    
   Or 
    
   The username and password you used when you registered on the website.
 

2. After you have logged in, use the dropdown menu 'My Education' and select 'Current Module Details' from the menu.
 

3. In the Current Module Details page, select the relevant module (e.g. CAI306) from the module drop down list. Your details will take a few seconds to load.
 

4. Once your details have loaded onto the screen, scroll to the bottom of the page to view your symbol number.
